All-Purpose Flour Almond Flour Sugar Baking Powder Salt Vegan Egg Vegetable Oil Unsweetened Almond Milk Vegan Butter Powdered Sugar Almond Extract
Mix dry ingredients
Whisk together the flour, almond flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Stir in wet ingredients
Stir in the vegan egg, vegetable oil, vanilla, and almond milk.
Pour into prepared pans. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, or until the cake tests done.
Beat the butter in a mixer on high speed until creamed.
Add the powdered sugar 1 cup at a time. Stir in almond extract.
Frost cake and decorate as desired.
