Whisk dry ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Mix wet ingredients
Whisk together the oat milk, vegetable oil, vegan eggs, vegan butter, and vanilla.
Pour the milk mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Fold in berries
Fold in the blueberries.
Spoon blueberry muffin batter into pan and bake at 350 for 20 minutes, or until the muffins test done.
