S'Mores Rice Krispie Treats

Sweet, gooey, chocolate-y, and the perfect snack all year long! These S'mores Rice Krispie Treats are better than store bought and fun to make for all ages.
18 ounces marshmallows 6 Tablespoons salted butter + extra to grease pan 8 cups rice krispies 2 cups chocolate pieces 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
Coat bottom and sides of a 9"x13"x3" casserole with butter. Set aside.
In a large microwave safe bowl, combine marshmallows and butter.
Microwave on high power in 30 second intervals until melted.
Stir to combine.
Add rice krispies, chocolate, and graham crackers.
Mix thoroughly.
Spread into prepared pan.
Allow to cool.
Be sure to work quickly once the marshmallows are melted!
This recipe is very, very sticky. Try lightly greasing your hands or your spatula if needed.
Check the expiration date on the graham crackers and rice krispies! The last thing you want is a stale treat.
Use a blow torch to lightly roast the top of of each rice krispie treat!
