Ingredients

  • 2 cups (16 sheets) graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 7 Tablespoons salted butter melted

Instructions

  • If you’re starting out with full graham cracker sheets, use a food processor to grind them into fine crumbs.
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter in a bowl.
  • Immediately scrape into a 9-inch pie plate/9-inch springform pan.
  • Press evenly across the bottom and up the sides.
  • Once distributed, pack well.
  • If making for a baked dessert, pre-bake this crust for 5-10 minutes at 350°F (177°C). For a no-bake dessert, refrigerate until chilled completely before using.
