No Cook Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • cups heavy cream
  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • teaspoons vanilla extract
  • teaspoon mint extract
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1/16 teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon green food coloring optional
  • cups chocolate chunks

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, stir together cream, milk, vanilla, mint extract, sugar, salt, and food coloring (if using) until sugar dissolves.
  • Pour into ice cream machine.
  • Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
  • Once frozen, remove from container.
  • Stir in chocolate chunks.
  • Serve immediately for soft serve or freeze overnight for scoopable consistency.
