Easy to make, super simple, and full of flavor! This Spiced Apple Cider Bourbon Bundt Cake is the only cake you'll need to bake this Fall. Every bite just melts in your mouth!
Spray a 10 cup bundt pan with baking spray. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together cider, eggs, oil, and bourbon. Set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, brown sugar, apple pie spice, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients.
Whisk until smooth.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until done.
Let cool in pan before turning out.

*This recipe was written using an average of the dip and sweep method for measuring flour and the spoon and level method. If you are using a scale, you will need to add 3/4 oz or 22 gto the measurement for each cup of flour.Substitutions:
You can use cinnamon instead of apple pie spice in this recipe!
To make this recipe vegan, you can use your favorite vegan eggs (we personally love Just Egg!).
Expert Tips:
Check the expiration date on your baking powder and baking soda.
Be sure to heavily grease your bundt pan!
We used a party bundt to make this recipe. If you use another pan, you may have less slices.
If you are unsure whether or not this cake is done baking, use a cake tester or toothpick to insert into the middle of the cake to see if it's baked all the way through.
This cake will rise up over the edge of the pan and then fall slightly after cooling.
