Boozy, bright and vibrant, perfectly sweetened, orange-y, and SO DELICIOUS! That's the perfect way to describe this Winter Orange Champagne Cocktail. Great for celebrations, parties, or just whenever you want a delicious champagne cocktail!
1 ½ ounces brandy 1 ½ ounces orange liqueur 3 ounces fresh orange juice 2-3 ounces champagne 1 cube sugar
Substitutions:
You can use store-bought orange juice rather than fresh. Omit sugar cube.
If you don't have brandy, you can use bourbon or dark rum. If rum is used, the drink may be a little more bitter.
If you can't find sugar cubes, 1 teaspoon of simple syrup can be used in its place.
Blood orange can be used instead of a regular naval orange.
Expert Tips:
Do not make these drinks before you're ready to serve. The champagne will go flat.
We used a brut champagne for this recipe.
One jigger is equal to 1 ½ ounces.
