  • 2 cups pecan halves
  • 2 Tablespoons salted butter melted
  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine pecan halves and melted butter.
  • Stir to coat thoroughly.
  • Pour onto baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, until toasted.
  • Remove from oven and let cool.

Notes

Substitutions:
  • Looking for a vegan treat? Use your favorite vegan butter in this recipe.
  • If you don't have salted butter, you can use unsalted butter and add some sea salt after baking!
  • Almost any nut can be used. You can also do a blend of them.
Expert Tips:
  • They will store in an airtight container on the counter (at room temperature) for 1-2 weeks.
  • Keep an eye on these while they're in the oven! You don't want them to burn.
  • Do not eat these pecans while they're hot. They're much better at room temperature.
