Graham Crackers Salted Butter Sugar Strawberries Lemon Juice Heavy Cream Cream Cheese Sour Cream Vanilla Extract
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
Press mixture into springform pan. Set aside.
Cook down strawberries, lemon juice, and sugar until thickened. Blend until smooth.
Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks. Set aside.
Beat cream cheese and sour cream. Add sugar. Stir in vanilla & lemon juice.
Fold in cream
Gently fold in the whipped cream.
Spread filling across crust and refrigerate overnight. Top with jam.
