If you love peanut butter cookies as much as I do, then these cookies are definitely going to be a new favorite. They’re soft, chewy, and packed with peanut butter, and the chocolate candy heart just takes them to the next level. Whether you’re baking them for someone special or treating yourself (because hey, you deserve it 😉), these cookies are sure to impress.

What’s Going Into These Cookies?
No need to grab a pen, I’ve got you covered. Everything you need is in the recipe card below, but if you’re wondering what’s going into these cookies, here’s the scoop:
- Peanut butter (creamy is an absolute must!)
- Sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, flour, baking soda, and a pinch of salt
- And, of course, those cute little chocolate hearts—because what’s a Valentine’s cookie without a little chocolate?
Bonus: These cookies are egg-free! The combination of butter, peanut butter, milk, and leavening agents helps create that perfect texture and structure, so you can skip the eggs without missing out on any flavor.

Making The Cookie + VIDEO!
We took our reader-favorite Peanut Butter Blossoms and made a few tweaks so that the cookies would not need an egg, but still be as soft, chewy, and delicious – the perfect cookie to hold the candy center!
