03 Stir often when storing! It will separate after sitting in the fridge.

04 Be careful not to over whip your egg whites or your cream.

Beat egg yolks with 1/4 cup of the sugar until light and fluffy. Set aside.


Beat egg whites to soft peaks. Slowly add remaining 1/8 cup sugar and beat to stiff peaks. Set aside.


Beat cream to stiff peaks. Set aside.


In a large bowl, fold egg yolk mixture into cream.


Fold in egg whites.


Stir in milk and bourbon. Store in the fridge. Sprinkle with nutmeg before serving.
