Homemade Peppermint Bark

6 Quick Tips To Have Perfect Peppermint Bark

01 You can use melted or tempered chocolate.

02 Use a good quality chocolate for this recipe.

05 Use an offset spatula to level the chocolate.

White Line

Crush candy canes in zip top bag. Set aside.


Line a 9-inch pan with parchment paper. Set aside.


Pour dark chocolate into prepared pan and allow to cool until just set, but not hardened.


Add peppermint oil to white chocolate.


Pour over dark chocolate, tilting the pan to cover evenly and allow to cool until just starting to set.


Sprinkle with peppermint candy and allow to harden.


Lift peppermint bark from pan and, using a sharp knife, cut into triangles.
