Let’s Get Mixing!

This snack mix is SUPER easy and takes minimal effort. All you need to do is combine the popcorn, pretzels, Rice Chex, Cheerios, and roasted peanuts and spread onto a prepared pan.

Place chocolate and oil in microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 15 second increments, stirring well after each, until melted and smooth. Pour over popcorn mixture. Stir to coat. Top with sprinkles. Allow to harden.

Once your chocolate is set, break up the mix into large mixing bowl. Stir in the M&M’s and enjoy!

Trust me, if you need a quick last minute treat for a springtime potluck, an Easter celebration, or maybe something to munch on while making our Robins Egg Cake, be sure to whip up a batch of this snack mix! We love giving it to friends in cute spring-themed treat bags, too. It’s always so much fun to watch how people flock to this — kids and adults alike (especially when it’s this easy)!

Happy baking!
