All-Purpose Flour Baking Powder Salt Salted Butter Sour Cream Buttermilk
Combine wet ingredients
Whisk together sour cream and buttermilk. Set aside.
Sift dry ingredients. Grate in frozen butter and toss to combine.
Add wet ingredients and mix until combined.
Fold using the envelope fold technique. Repeat 4-5 times. Roll to 1/2inch thick. Cut into desired shapes.
Bake for 30 mins at 425. Serve immediately.
